As an Internal Auditor, you will play a key role in strengthening our internal controls, supporting risk management initiatives, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency across the business. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with leaders from Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Corporate functions while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and compliance. risk assessments, and control testing.

Evaluate and strengthen internal controls to mitigate business risks. Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities. Support annual audit planning and risk assessment activities.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. CIA, CPA, CISA, or similar professional designation is considered an asset. Minimum 2 years of experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Internal Controls, Compliance, or Risk Management.

Experience in Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting, Controllership, FP&A;, or Business Analysis is an asset.

Technical Knowledge

Risk-based auditing methodologies. Operational and financial controls. Inventory management and costing. ERP systems and data analytics. Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across Colombia, Canada, and other international business units.
