Journeyperson

Boilermakers – Fabrication Shop We are seeking Journeyperson or Apprentice Pipefitters or Boilermakers (employees & DSPs) with experience, ideally within exchanger, fin fan, or maintenance scope experience Perform aerial cooler bundle retube work in a shop setting, including tube removal, extraction, cleaning, and reinstallation on air-cooled heat exchangers Complete tube rolling/expanding, bolt-up, torquing,



and tensioning of cooler frame hardware to required specifications Support bundle pulling activities and assist with mechanical disassembly and reassembly of exchanger components Perform basic rigging and controlled lifts in accordance with safe work practices Follow all safety policies and work independently or within a team to meet shop production schedules Journeyperson or Apprentice trade certification (Pipefitter or Boilermaker) Heat exchanger maintenance and repair Bundle pulling and tube replacement scopes Steel pipe fabrication and fit-up General shop fabrication work Mechanical disassembly / reassembly Reading and interpreting ISO and fabrication drawings Working within shop production schedules and deadlines Preferred Assets We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants, regardless of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, disability, or any other characteristics protected by law. #
