We're seeking a highly motivated DevOps Manager to empower our global development organization. If you thrive in leading cross-functional teams,



collaborating across diverse locations, and have a passion for optimizing development processes and tools, this role is for you. Guide and mentor a high-performing DevOps team across next-generation infrastructure development, toolchain modernization, and release automation.

Optimize CI/CD & build performance: Spearhead pipeline improvements and strategies to drastically reduce continuous integration build times and streamline deployment velocity. Manage work and effectively prioritize day‑to‑day operational support and tech debt alongside long‑term strategic roadmap goals. Collaborate closely with IT and product teams to establish unified engineering standards and transparent technical debt prioritization processes. 3+ years of experience leading and motivating DevOps teams.

Technical expertise: 5+ years of hands‑on experience in development or DevOps, demonstrating a strong grasp of software engineering fundamentals, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices.

Educational foundation: A BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.

Agile enthusiast: A deep understanding and appreciation for Agile methodologies.

Experience utilizing Jira for project management and issue tracking. Bonus points for Experience with Bamboo, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools. Knowledge of Azure, AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms.



This position is based in Vancouver, BC and the candidate must reside in the Greater Vancouver Area as you will be required to go into the office on a hybrid work schedule.

Target Base Salary Range: $145,000 - 175,000 CAD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
