We are looking for a creative, organized, and dependable individual to support our team with ongoing marketing, recognition, presentation, and internal communication tasks.

This is a very flexible, low-hour remote independent contractor position that would be a good fit for someone looking for additional side income alongside school, another job, freelance work, or other commitments.

The role does not have fixed daily working hours. The Contractor is responsible for completing agreed recurring tasks and time-sensitive deliverables within reasonable deadlines.

Typical workload is approximately 3–5 hours per week, although some weeks may be lighter or slightly busier depending on events and projects.

Main Responsibilities:

- Create professional recognition posters and graphics for team achievements daily.
- Prepare and update PowerPoint presentations for weekly team meetings once a week.
- Create Canva posters for trainings, events, announcements, and promotions occasionally.
- Track team progress for contests, conferences, and qualifications
- Collect and organize recognition information for weekly meetings
- Prepare recognition materials for individuals who qualify for contests or milestones
- Send approved recognition and qualification materials to designated office or head-office contacts
- Distribute approved training or event posters to designated internal group chats
- Maintain straightforward tracking spreadsheets when required
- Complete occasional ad-hoc posters, presentations, or creative requests




- Assist with occasional larger events or special projects when mutually agreed

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong Canva skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft 365
- Strong sense of clean, professional design
- Very organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable and able to complete recurring tasks without constant reminders
- Good written communication
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to manage several small recurring responsibilities throughout the week
- Able to maintain confidentiality regarding internal business and team information
- Comfortable using Telegram or similar communication platforms

Compensation:

- $100 CAD per week to start
- Fixed weekly contractor service fee
- Compensation may increase over time based on performance, reliability, and continuation of the engagement
- Larger special-event or out-of-scope projects may be compensated separately when agreed in advance
