Key Responsibilities

- Provide remote, non-clinical emotional support and active listening to clients experiencing mental health difficulties.
- Assist clients in identifying coping strategies and accessing relevant mental health resources and services.
- Conduct virtual check-ins and follow-ups to monitor client well-being and engagement.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and support provided.

Requirements
