Key Responsibilities

- Conduct sophisticated candidate assessments, including behavioral and competency-based interviews.

Requirements

- Over 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment consultancy, with a proven track record in senior-level placements.

- Demonstrated expertise in using advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies.

- Exceptional ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders remotely.

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a capacity for independent work.

- Excellent understanding of employment law and best practices in recruitment.

- Must possess a reliable home office setup and high-speed internet connection.
