The Beem Talent Acquisition

Team is looking for an intermediate recruiter for a temporary 8-month position. You’ll join a small but mighty talent acquisition team working to support a credit union with 60+ branches across British Columbia. The successful candidate will recruit for a mix of positions from entry-level to senior branch roles as well as head office team members.

This is a temporary 8-month position , to support high volume hiring. This role is open to a work from home arrangement in British Columbia . Recruitment &Selection; Post open positions, screen candidates,



conduct initial interviews over phone and video call, recommend candidates, schedule interviews for hiring managers, debrief and support hiring decisions,make offers, conduct background checks Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives Trackand report onkey recruitment metrics Ensure all recruitment activitiescomply withemployment laws, regulations, and internal policies Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, integrating them into the talent acquisition function Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other recruitment tools Experience in banking/credit union recruitment preferred Experience in both in-house and agency recruitment preferred That’swhywe’vebuilt a Total Rewards packagethat’smore than competitive—it’sdesigned to help you shine.
