We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to help us strengthen and operationalize our program-management model across Product & Technology. The foundations are already in place. Your mandate will be to help us complete the implementation, simplify where needed and ensure the model works effectively across our software teams.

You will work closely with the Director, Program Management and teams across Product, Engineering, Platform, IT, Security, and Product Operations, with a strong focus on release execution, cross-team dependencies, risks, and delivery alignment. Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and scope across interconnected technical initiatives. Ensure changes and delays are reflected in upcoming planning cycles.

Help improve and operationalize Petal’s program-management practices. 7+ years of experience in project and/or program management. Robust experience in asoftware, SaaS, or software-product environment.





Experience managing multiple interconnected projects or programs. Strong understanding of software delivery and technical dependencies.

Experience improving or implementing program-management practices. Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.

Strong

English communication skills are required, as this role works closely with Product & Technology stakeholders across Canada, including colleagues in Ontario and other provinces who primarily work in English. PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification. Consulting or transformation experience.

As a Technical Program Manager at Petal, you will: Help complete and strengthen a program-management model that is already underway. Bring your experience to a complex software environment where practical judgment matters more than rigid methodology. Help establish a sustainable delivery model that will continue beyond your initial mandate.
