We’re hiring a Technical Recruiter for a 6-month term to help us keep pace with our growing team.

You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle for your assigned roles, from partnering with hiring managers on requirements, through sourcing, screening, and interviewing, to making hire recommendations, while delivering a great experience for every candidate along the way. Whether you’re building your in‑house recruiting career or ready to move on from agency recruiting into a true team workplace, we’d love to hear from you. This is a remote role but we will only be accepting candidates from Edmonton at this time.





Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, from intake through to the onboarding stage Identify and engage qualified external and internal candidates through networking, referrals, and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter Make hiring recommendations and act as the subject matter expert on recruiting best practices Post and manage open roles through our applicant tracking system 3+ years of recruiting experience in IT consulting organizations that work with Enterprise Clients doing software development ~ Proven ability to independently manage high-volume recruiting for hard-to-fill roles ~ Solid understanding of staffing, recruiting, and operations practices ~ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation ~ As a high-growth firm, we have ample opportunity for advancement and a corporate culture built on getting the job done while having fun. #
