Finning Canada Number of Openings: 1 Worker Type: Permanent Position Overview: CAT Rentals is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee rental operations, service delivery, and customer interactions across our business. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and operational performance. As the Rental Operations Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team, oversee fleet utilization, drive process improvements, and manage financial performance.

You'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of rental solutions while aligning safety, operational, and business objectives. Lead, coach, and develop a team of rental administration professionals on site Manage rental contract audits, reporting, and continuous process improvements Coordinate fleet allocation and equipment readiness to support customer projects and maximize utilization Manage billing accuracy, repair and maintenance costs, accruals, and financial reporting Resolve customer concerns and drive continuous improvement through KPI performance and operational excellence 3-5+ years of leadership experience leading teams and driving performance ~ Valid class 5 drivers license ~ Experience managing service delivery, customer relationships, and operational execution ~ Knowledge of power generation, compressed air, temperature control, or related rental equipment ~ Excellent communication,



problem-solving, and relationship-building skills ~ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage competing priorities ~ Mechanical, electrical, or trades background considered a robust asset This position is a 7x7 rotational shift. This position will be on site, not in branch.
