Assisting the professor with research and related duties in a project on faculty governance and fiduciary duties of university administrators. Duties will include preparation of critical bibliographies and literature reviews, case briefs, statutory review, citation checking, copy-editing, photocopying, and mailing.

Qualifications - JD/BCL candidate in Year 2 or above

- Ideally, should be taking or have taken Business Associations or a related course
- Good organizational skills and copy-editorial knowledge
- Prior coursework in or knowledge of political or legal theory and philosophy, theology or religious studies, and/or history is desirable
- Other languages (especially French, German, Latin, Spanish, Italian) also valuable Qualifications (français) - Étudiant en droit (JD/BCL) en deuxième année ou au-delà

- Bonnes compétences organisationnelles et connaissances en révision de textes
