AgeCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to serve as the key communication contact between management, residents and their families, and to contribute to patient care and safety. You will monitor residents’ conditions, respond with compassion, and uphold high standards of care in a long-term care setting. You will work within an interdisciplinary team and participate in programs that promote best practices in dementia care and safety procedures.
