- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces across residential properties.
- Manage laundry services such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
- Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency during each visit.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests or concerns.
- Demonstrate excellent time management by completing assigned tasks within scheduled appointments while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.




- Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, respectful, and attentive to clients' needs throughout each visit.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients’ households.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in English
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates.
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple appointments.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting moderate loads, and climbing stairs safely.
- A genuine passion for cleanliness, organization, and providing outstanding customer service.
