Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) is seeking a Respectful Workplace Advisor to lead investigations and provide education across leaders, staff and medical personnel. You will work within a framework aligned with Indigenous Cultural Safety, Anti-Racism, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion, and Planetary Health policies.

Responsibilities include high-volume investigations, fact-finding with fairness and lawfulness, and educating managers on respectful workplace concepts.
