Respite Caregiver: Supporting Children, Youth, and Adults in Our Community
· Join SACL as a dedicated caregiver supporting children and youth with special needs.
We are seeking experienced, dependable caregivers to support children and youth with special needs after school, in the evenings, and on weekends.
As a Respite Caregiver with Child and Youth Services, you can make a meaningful difference by engaging young people in community activities such as walking, going to parks, swimming, and bowling.
Respite care is offered throughout Surrey. We also welcome applicants who live in or near Langley, Delta, White Rock, and Recent Westminster.
Applicants must have at least one year of experience supporting children and youth with special needs and their own vehicle.
Successful applicants will contract with SACL and must provide:
· Valid First Aid/CPR certification
· Criminal Record Search (forms provided)
· Driver’s Abstract
· Doctor’s Note
· Completed Respite Application
· Three references (forms provided)

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
