Join Kitimat Community Development Centre as a Responsible Adult in our Out of School Care Program. We're hiring creative individuals to guide and care for children while enjoying a positive work environment. As a Responsible Adult, you’ll be a vital part of our expanding team, working full time with split shifts before and after school.

The role requires a responsible adult certification and experience in inclusive childcare settings, providing a fun and organized experience for children. Engage in creative activities while ensuring adherence to childcare policies and maintaining child records. Key Responsibilities:

- Create fun activities for children daily
- Facilitate group and one-on-one interactions
- Organize child records and progress reports
- Communicate effectively with children and parents
- Maintain and adhere to childcare regulations

Requirements:

- Responsible Adult Certification or equivalent
- Degree/diploma in ECE or related field
- 1-3 years of childcare experience
- First aid certification approved by CCLR
- Availability Monday to Friday
