Scheduled Days: Must be available weekdays afternoon-evening shifts and Saturday 10am-5pm, 4+ hour shifts

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and versatile individual to join our team as a Retail & Office Support Associate. This hybrid role involves working directly in our retail store — helping customers, maintaining inventory, and managing point-of-sale systems — while also supporting the office team with various administrative and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Store Duties:

- Greet and assist customers in selecting and purchasing beer and merchandise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail space
- Operate Shopify POS system, handle cash and electronic payments
- Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and assist with receiving deliveries
- Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and promotions
- Enforce age verification and responsible service practices

Office Support Duties:





- Assist with data entry, order processing, and creating invoice via Quickbooks
- Set up new customers in QuickBooks
- Support/Track inventory
- Help prepare documents, labels, and packaging/promotional materials
- Respond to phone/email inquiries
- Liaise between the retail team and office staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a energetic environment
- Proficiency in basic computer software (e.g., Excel, Google, POS systems, Quickbooks)
- Must be of legal serving age
- Smart Serve certified
- Interest in beer or alcoholic beverages is an asset

Working Conditions:

- Weekend and evening availability required
- Some lifting or stock handling (up to 40 lbs)
