Victoria’s Secret & Co in Vancouver is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store readiness and day-to-day execution, reporting to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. You will handle shipments, replenishment, inventory accuracy, cleanliness, safety, and compliance while coaching associates and collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver outstanding customer experiences. This role requires 1–2 years of retail experience and a adaptable schedule.
