American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team. In this role you run day-to-day operations, lead Leader on Duty shifts, and deliver a top-tier guest experience while living AE’s values.

You will recruit and train associates, coach teams to hit KPI targets, and keep the floor visually and operationally on-brand. This role requires energy, accountability, and a passion for guest-first service.
