Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience

Assist customers in selecting products, answer questions, and conduct engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits

Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and maintaining attractive product presentations

Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipt issuance

Upsell additional products or services to meet customer needs and increase store sales

Manage cash register operations with attention to detail, including cash handling and balancing registers at shift end

Maintain organized work areas, ensure compliance with store policies, and support team members as needed

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers





Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred; technical sales experience is advantageous

Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions and inventory management

Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling protocols

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting

Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours

Positive phone etiquette for assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries

Multilingual skills are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively

Pay: $17.60-$30.17 per hour
