Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting products, offering detailed product demos and technical explanations when needed
- Conduct upselling by recommending additional items or upgrades to meet customer needs effectively
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that highlight key products and promotions
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and product organization on the sales floor
- Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate tasks, manage time efficiently, and ensure smooth store operations

Skills

- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively




- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred, especially with technical product demonstrations
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, to engage with customers confidently
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances customer interactions and team collaboration
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and sales calculations
- Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and stock levels efficiently
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
