Duties

- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service excellence.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a diverse team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and revenue.
- Manage payroll, budgeting, pricing strategies, and purchasing decisions to maximize profitability.
- Conduct recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff members to build a high-performing team.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, cashiering procedures, and POS (Point of Sale) system operations are followed consistently.
- Maintain organized records of sales transactions, bookkeeping entries, inventory levels, and administrative documentation.
- Uphold store standards through merchandising displays, cleanliness, safety protocols, and compliance with company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to resolve issues promptly.




- Monitor store performance metrics regularly; analyze sales data and implement improvements accordingly.

Skills

- Strong leadership abilities with proven supervising experience in retail environments.
- Excellent negotiation skills for vendor relations and purchasing negotiations.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Proficiency in retail sales techniques, marketing strategies, and sales management practices.
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering operations.
- Skilled in merchandising planning, pricing strategies, and product placement for maximum impact.
- Effective recruiting skills with experience in interviewing and onboarding new team members.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple priorities.
- Sound math skills for budgeting, bookkeeping, and financial analysis tasks.
- Strong communication skills for team leadership, customer interactions, and staff training & development.
- Familiarity with payroll processing, administrative tasks, and recordkeeping requirements.
