Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead our store operations with enthusiasm and strategic vision. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and achievement of sales targets

Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence

Manage inventory purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities and maintain attractive product displays

Oversee cash handling, cashiering, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accuracy and security during transactions

Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Monitor store budgets, control expenses, and perform bookkeeping duties to ensure financial health

Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions to promote continuous improvement

Requirements

Proven supervising or management experience in retail sales or store management roles





Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment

Excellent communication skills in multiple languages is a plus; bilingual abilities are highly valued

Demonstrated proficiency in merchandising, pricing, sales management, and customer service techniques

Experience with payroll processing, budgeting, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks

Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail sales operations

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting

Strong negotiation skills along with marketing insight to drive store performance

Ability to recruit, interview, train new staff members, and manage team development initiatives

Good math skills for inventory management, pricing calculations, and financial reporting

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for customer interactions and team coordination
