Job Summary

Duties

- Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing various techniques to address clients’ specific concerns and health goals
- Assess clients’ conditions through detailed consultations and medical terminology to develop customized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, stretching exercises, and wellness practices to maximize benefits
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment adhering to health regulations and hygiene standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide clear explanations of procedures and outcomes
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques,



and continuing education opportunities to enhance service quality

Qualifications

- Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist (RMT) in accordance with local regulatory bodies
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health assessments
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients
- Exceptional communication skills for clear explanations and active listening during consultations
- Previous experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required; training provided for new graduates
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
