Roofing Sales Coordinator / Customer Service

Avenue Road Roofing, a trusted residential roofing and exterior contractor serving the GTA for over 50 years, is seeking a professional and highly organized Construction Sales Coordinator / Customer Service to join our team.

This position is best suited to an experienced administrator who has worked in construction, trades, home improvement, or a related service industry and is comfortable speaking with homeowners, coordinating sales administration, and managing project documentation.

We are seeking a mature, career-minded individual looking for long-term employment with a stable company.

Important Requirement

This position requires excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

The successful candidate will communicate regularly with homeowners, sales representatives, suppliers, and internal staff and must be able to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally by telephone, email, and in person.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate administration of sold roofing and exterior projects
- Manage customer files and sales documentation
- Enter leads, customer information, contracts, and job details accurately into company software
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Generate reports and support the sales team
- Maintain organized records and project documentation
- Provide general administrative support to office operations

Qualifications Required

- Minimum 2 years of administrative, sales support, or customer service experience




- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Professional and courteous telephone manner
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Criminal background check

Solid Preference Given To Candidates With:

- Construction industry experience
- Roofing industry experience
- Renovation or home improvement industry experience
- Trades, contracting, or project administration experience
- Experience using CRM or job management software

Work Schedule

- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- On-site at our Toronto office (Dufferin & Lawrence)
- No weekends
- No statutory holidays

Compensation & Advantages
