Position Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and service-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering a five-star guest experience by ensuring every room and space reflects our commitment to excellence, cleanliness, and thoughtful presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain guest rooms to luxury standards, including bed presentation, dusting, vacuuming, and detailed bathroom sanitation
- Ensure all guest amenities, linens, and in-room touches are replenished and presented with care
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public and back-of-house areas
- Identify and report maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly




- Respect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times
- Collaborate with the front desk and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Consistently meet quality and productivity standards

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong eye for detail and pride in delivering exceptional cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards
- Professional demeanor with a guest-focused mindset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physically able to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
