The Rooms Division Manager is responsible for the leadership and operational performance of the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering departments. This role ensures exceptional guest service, efficient hotel operations, well-maintained facilities, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.

The Rooms Division

Manager works closely with department leaders to drive guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance. This position serves as the operational leader for all rooms-related departments and is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experience while maintaining efficient, protected, and profitable hotel operations.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Rooms Division Manager will be responsible for the following:

- Direct day-to-day operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering departments.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, cleanliness, room readiness, and facility maintenance.
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement service improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate interdepartmental communication to maximize operational efficiency.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets and labor expenses.
- Monitor productivity, operating costs, and inventory controls.




- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining service standards.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs and building systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire life-safety requirements, and property standards.
- Support capital projects, renovations, and sustainability initiatives.
- Other tasks, as assigned

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive hotel operations management experience.
- Experience overseeing Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering departments.
- Prior experience in a unionized hotel environment preferred.
- Strong leadership, financial management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with hotel property management and workforce management systems.

Pay: $85,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
