We have 4 RPN vacancies for LTC facility in Collingwood to provide care. Shifts may vary from mornings to evenings to overnights and every other weekend. Need to have 2 plus years experience.

The successful candidate’s areas of responsibility will include,



but are not limited to, the following:

- Provide nursing care
- Drivers license and reliable car are mandatory for this position.
- Providingcognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual support
- Provide behaviorsupport and crisis intervention
- Maintaining open communication with client and their family
- Monitoring care plan and adding documentation with any changes and updates
- Responding to all emergency situations
- All other duties, as assigned
- Follow Care Plan
- Explicit and detailed care notes

Key qualifications for this position will include, but are not limited to:

- RPN certificationrequired
- Valid First Aid/CPR certificate within last 12 months
