St. Joseph’s Health Centre Guelph seeks a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for Complex Continuing Care. The role involves providing direct nursing care, supervising staff, and collaborating with RNs to meet patient needs on a designated unit. The RPN will follow College of Nurses of Ontario standards and health centre policies, contribute to care planning, and participate in ongoing quality and equity initiatives.
