About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and results-driven Used Car Sales Representative to join our growing dealership team.

This is a 100% commission-based sales position, ideal for an experienced automotive salesperson who is confident working with customers, generating their own leads, and closing deals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the complete vehicle purchasing process, from initial inquiry and test drive , vehicle selection, and delivery.

Responsibilities

- Greet and professionally assist customers with their vehicle purchase
- Respond to online, phone, and walk-in customer inquiries
- Follow up with leads and develop new sales opportunities
- Present and demonstrate used vehicles to customers
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
- Qualify customers based on their needs, budget, and preferences
- Negotiate vehicle purchases and close sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work with the Finance Department to facilitate financing applications
- Present available protection products and vehicle options
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Follow up with customers after the sale to encourage referrals and repeat business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets




- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times

Requirements
- Valid OMVIC Registration is required
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to close sales
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a 100% commission-based environment
- Professional, energetic, and customer-focused personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's licence and clean driving record
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
