Homes is proud to be building in various Ontario communities. As a New Home Sales Assistant, you will be supporting all sales efforts and providing exceptional customer service to potential buyers. Following up on sales leads, meeting & greeting the public, providing product & company information, and assisting with overall sales process. Database maintenance & executing various administrative functions in support of the sales agents. Ensure that the Cardel Model Home(s) and/or sales centres are clean, neat, and professionally presented.

Act as primary customer liaison throughout the home building process to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Remain current and contemporary with respect to the recent home industry, our target customer demographic, and our competitors.

Previous experience in new home sales and customer service (considered an asset) High school diploma or post-secondary education This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week scheduled to accommodate model home and sales centre hours. In addition, you may be required to attend training or other work commitments outside of the sales centre hours.
