During your time here, you will gain access to mentorship, training programs, and career Adhere to all project management policies and procedures Review projects with Project Coordinators, foremen and onsite crews Provide mentorship, coaching and training to Project Coordinators, Foreman and Lead Hands as needed Work with Field Services scheduler, purchasing etc. to resolve any anticipated staffing needs/changes and material purchases to avoid project delays.

Responsible for quality control of all completed work both onsite and in-house. Gather all necessary project information and costs for the purposes of compiling and writing up change notices and out of scope work (extras). Work with TMG finance team to ensure all paperwork (customer files, job files and quotes)

Assist in obtaining new customers as requested Always conduct oneself in a professional manner in alignment with Company values, including but not limited to language use, attire, and workmanship Relevant industry work experience Relevant trade certification an asset (309A) Knowledge of electrical industry and electrical design principles Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD True View.
