About the Role

Budville Cannabis is looking for a energetic, knowledgeable, and motivated Retail Sales Associate (Budtender) to join our team. You’ll help customers find the right products, provide excellent service, and support daily store operations.

Core Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
- Educate customers on cannabis products, accessories, and responsible use.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain product displays, receive inventory, and store cleanliness.
- Support promotions, merchandising, and daily store operations.
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Follow all company policies and applicable cannabis regulations.

Requirements:

- Previous retail or customer-service experience preferred.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctuality, and team-oriented.
- Strong interest in cannabis and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.

Valid provincial cannabis certification, where required. Must meet all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
