Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits
- Provide expert advice on technology sales, including accessories and related merchandise
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipts
- Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention
- Ensure excellent customer service through effective communication, phone etiquette, and timely assistance
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product organization




- Support store operations by adhering to cash handling procedures and basic math calculations
- Foster a welcoming environment by demonstrating strong organizational skills and time management

Experience

- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in technology or electronics sectors
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer bases
- Proven technical sales experience with the ability to conduct product demos confidently
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on active listening and clear explanations
- Experience in merchandising, cashiering, and POS systems is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service background with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences
