Job Overview

As a Wireless Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while helping customers choose the right Rogers and Fido wireless products and services.

You will work directly with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable mobile plans, devices, accessories, upgrades, and promotions, and complete wireless activations and account transactions.

Key responsibilities include

- Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service
- Sell Rogers and Fido wireless plans, devices, accessories, and related services
- Complete new activations, upgrades, number ports, and account transactions
- Explain current promotions, pricing, device financing, and plan options clearly
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate wireless solutions
- Meet individual and store sales targets
- Upsell accessories and additional services where appropriate
- Maintain accurate customer and transaction information




- Assist with inventory counts, merchandising, and store presentation
- Handle customer questions and basic troubleshooting
- Follow Rogers/Fido procedures, privacy requirements, and company policies
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment
- Work closely with team members to achieve store performance goals

The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, confident in sales, comfortable speaking with customers, and motivated by achieving results. Previous experience in wireless, telecommunications, electronics, retail sales, or customer service is an asset. Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
