About the Role

City College of Business, Health & Technology is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Education Sales Associate to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our career-focused programs, connecting with prospective students, generating leads, and supporting student enrollment.

Our programs include Business, Healthcare, and Information Technology, including programs such as PSW, DSW, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Data Science, Computerized Accounting, and other career-focused programs.

This is an excellent prospect for someone with a background in sales, education, admissions, recruitment, customer service, or business development who enjoys meeting people and building relationships.

Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with prospective students by phone, email, and in person.
- Introduce prospective students to City College programs and explain program details, admission requirements, schedules, and tuition.
- Identify students' interests and help them find programs that align with their career goals.
- Generate new student leads through community outreach and networking.
- Attend trade shows, career fairs, job fairs, open houses, and community events.
- Visit community organizations, employment agencies, newcomer organizations, schools, and other community groups to promote City College programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and referral partners.
- Conduct student consultations and campus tours.
- Follow up with leads and prospective students to encourage enrollment.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments,



and student registrations.
- Participate in marketing and promotional activities.
- Assist with presentations, information sessions, and recruitment events.
- Meet individual and team enrollment targets.

What We're Looking For
- Sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Education sales, college admissions, recruitment, or business development experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking with individuals and groups.
- Strong telephone and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Professional, energetic, and positive personality.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable travelling to community events and off-site meetings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment.

Compensation

Base Salary + Commission

Competitive base salary with additional commission opportunities based on student recruitment and enrollment performance.
