You will oversee the Snow Sports School Desk while managing booking systems like RTP. A focus on organization and teamwork is essential as you lead a staff of about 10, ensuring all activities run smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of Snow School and Central Reservations desks
- Handle lesson bookings, modifications, and cancellations




- Process payments for lift tickets and rental packages
- Train and mentor staff on desk operations
