About TherapyCRM

TherapyCRM is practice management software for pediatric and autism therapy teams in Canada, including ABA, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy and physiotherapy clinics. Clinics use it to run scheduling, treatment plans, session data, progress notes, a family portal, funding tracking and billing in one place. TherapyCRM is built by DataInn, a small Canadian software team.

About the role

We're looking for a Sales Intern to help us reach therapy clinics across Canada. You'll work directly with our leadership team and learn how B2B software is sold, from finding the right clinics to booking and following up on demos.

What you'll do

- Research and build lists of ABA, speech, OT and physiotherapy clinics in Canada (outside Quebec)
- Reach clinic owners and directors by email, phone and LinkedIn
- Book product demos and keep our sales records up to date
- Follow up with clinics after demos and help them move to a trial or purchase
- Help create simple sales materials and LinkedIn posts




- Share what you hear from clinics so we can improve the product

What we're looking for

- A current student or recent graduate in business, commerce, marketing, health administration or a related field
- Clear, skilled written and spoken English
- Comfortable talking with people on the phone and on video calls
- Organized, self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote team
- Interest in healthcare, therapy or software is a plus

Compensation This is a performance-based role: you earn commission on clinics that sign up through your work. We'll share the commission details during the interview.
