RESPONSIBILITIES

- Sell vehicles, increase volume and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Relate objectives and planned activities to Sales Manager daily and analyze and review performance to date.
- Examine and analyze actions continually to best manage time and plan more effectively.
- Keep abreast of technological changes in automotive industry including: new products, features, accessories, and the benefits to customers.
- Recognize that business is built on customer satisfaction and work diligently toward that goal.
- Identify each client’s vehicle requirements by asking questions and listening.
- Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure the customer understands the operating features,



warranty conditions and all related documents in order to establish customer loyalty.
- Maintain an owner follow-up and prospect development system to encourage repeat referral and recent business.
- Accurately complete all appropriate paperwork related to sales on a timely manner.
- Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives and procedures.

Skills

- Strong sales management abilities with a proven track record in achieving targets.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse clientele.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism.
- Familiarity with dealership environments is a plus but not required.
- Strong phone etiquette for handling inquiries and providing information clearly.

Pay: $38,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
