Hiring: Sales Leader – Woodstock, Ontario, Canada

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a targeted Canadian sales and business development strategy.
- Build strong relationships with municipalities, landscape architects, architects, consultants, contractors, developers, school boards, and healthcare networks .
- Identify and influence projects during the design and specification stage , before formal tender or procurement.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
- Work closely with distributors and channel partners to increase market penetration.
- Build a strong project pipeline and drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Monitor market activity, competitors, upcoming projects, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal Engineering, Manufacturing, and Product teams to support customer solutions.

Ideal Candidate





- 8–10+ years of Sales / Business Development experience.
- Strong background in site furnishings, architectural products, municipal infrastructure, recreational products, building products, or another specification-driven industry .
- Experience selling to municipalities, school boards, hospitals/healthcare networks, architects, landscape architects, consultants, or contractors .
- Good understanding of project-based and specification sales cycles .
- Proven success developing new markets, accounts, and business opportunities.
- Experience working with distributors or channel partners is preferred.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, commercially focused, and relationship-driven.
- Strong knowledge of the Ontario/Canadian market is highly desirable.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
