Overview

We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth across our retail locations. This energetic role requires a passionate leader who excels in motivating teams, developing strategic sales initiatives, and delivering exceptional customer service. As a key player in our organization, you will oversee daily store operations, manage sales performance, and foster a positive shopping environment that encourages customer loyalty.

Duties

- Lead and supervise the retail sales team to ensure high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and merchandising plans to boost revenue
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to build a motivated and skilled team capable of exceeding sales goals
- Manage store operations including cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems, pricing adjustments, and inventory control
- Oversee payroll processing, budgeting, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth store functioning
- Monitor sales performance metrics regularly; analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Coordinate marketing efforts and community outreach initiatives to increase store visibility and customer base

Requirements





- Proven experience in retail management or sales management with supervising responsibilities
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse customer bases
- Excellent communication skills coupled with phone etiquette for engaging with customers and team members
- Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, training & development, and team leadership
- Knowledge of merchandising, pricing strategies, and POS systems essential for daily operations
- Experience with budgeting, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and cash handling procedures
- Ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills
- Familiarity with marketing techniques and promotional planning for retail settings
