Job Overview

We’re seeking a people-first, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and own the inbound patient journey—from initial enquiry to treatment sign-up—for Invisalign and other cosmetic dental treatments.

This is not a cold-calling role. You’ll guide interested patients through significant purchase decisions using consultative selling, an understanding of consumer psychology and thoughtful follow-up. You’ll also improve sales strategy, manage the CRM and coach the team to deliver a consistent patient experience.

Responsibilities

- Conduct video consultations, sales calls, treatment discussions and financial conversations.
- Understand patient goals and concerns; explain doctor-recommended plans, pricing and payment options clearly.
- Handle objections around cost, timing, trust and competing quotes.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and conversion targets.
- Own lead allocation and follow-up execution across the sales funnel.
- Lead, motivate and coach the team on consultation skills, objection handling and patient communication.
- Manage the CRM, ensuring accurate stages, clear notes, timely tasks and effective workflows.
- Analyse bookings, attendance,



no-shows and conversions to identify and address performance gaps.
- Use patient insights to refine scripts, follow-up strategies and sales processes.
- Work with marketing to develop offers and promotions within approved pricing limits.
- Encourage and track referral-program participation.
- Support onboarding and ongoing training of sales staff.

Experience and Skills

- 3–4 years of relevant sales experience, ideally with high-ticket products or services.
- Experience in beauty, aesthetics, lifestyle or hospitality preferred.
- Solid understanding of consultative sales, consumer psychology and customer decision-making.
- Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate and close sales respectfully.
- Experience supervising or coaching a customer-facing team.
- Confidence using a CRM and sales reports; GoHighLevel experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication, phone etiquette, organisation and follow-through.
- Ability to balance sales targets with a supportive, patient-focused experience.

NOTE: This is purely a Sales Job. We are not looking for candidates with no sales experience!

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
