What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers through the buying process with professionalism and care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Stay current on Cadillac, Buick, and GMC product knowledge, features, and benefits
- Achieve monthly sales goals and performance targets
- Follow up on leads and inquiries (walk-ins, phone, online)
- Provide a positive dealership experience and represent the brand with integrity
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sales experience (automotive is a strong asset, but not required)
- Excellent communication, negotiation,
and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude
- Valid Manitoba driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the automotive industry
