Koala Insulation of Edmonton is looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Representative to help grow our residential and B2B business.

We’re looking for someone who can do more than respond to incoming leads — we want someone who can create new business.

What You'll Do

- Develop relationships with builders, contractors, renovators and property managers
- Generate new B2B accounts and referral partnerships
- Meet with homeowners and recommend insulation solutions
- Prepare estimates, follow up and close sales
- Prospect through calls, emails, networking and in-person visits
- Follow up on company-generated leads
- Help increase Koala Insulation's exposure throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas

We're Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable prospecting and cold calling
- Sales and results driven




- Organized with strong follow-up
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable meeting homeowners and contractors
- B2B, construction or home-services sales experience is an asset

Insulation experience is not required. We can teach the product — we're looking for the right salesperson.
