Duties

- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays, stock levels, and ensuring product availability
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Utilize robust communication skills to explain technical details clearly,

Qualifications

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related fields is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demonstrations and explain technical features confidently
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening techniques
- Basic math skills for handling transactions, cash handling, and inventory management
- Customer service experience that emphasizes patience, professionalism, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of merchandising practices, POS systems, cashiering procedures, and upselling techniques is a plus
