Sales Representative – Natural Health Products

Canada | Remote | Commission-Based | 10% Commission

We’re looking for an experienced natural health industry salesperson who believes there may be a better way to sell brands into retail.

Through our RISE program, we work with new and emerging natural health and wellness brands that are ready to grow their presence with retailers across Canada.

Now we’re building the sales side of that platform.

We’re looking for someone who understands natural health retail, knows how to build relationships with retailers, and is comfortable selling by phone, email, video calls, in person when appropriate, and through whatever channel gets results.

This could be a great fit for an experienced field sales representative, inside salesperson, broker representative, territory manager or independent sales professional who already understands the Canadian natural health products industry.

What you’ll do

- Introduce emerging natural health and wellness brands to retailers across Canada
- Develop relationships with independent natural health stores,



chains and other retail accounts
- Generate orders and new retail opportunities
- Conduct outreach by phone, email, LinkedIn, video and other channels
- Follow up with buyers and retail decision-makers
- Learn the stories behind each brand and communicate why they deserve space on the shelf
- Work alongside our media and creative team to develop tools that help you sell
- Help us build and improve a completely new model for natural health product sales

Who we’re looking for

Ideally, you have previous experience selling natural health products, supplements, wellness products, CPG or related products into Canadian retail.

You understand that great salespeople don’t simply take orders — they create relationships, tell great stories and help retailers discover products that can succeed in their stores.

You should be self-motivated, comfortable working remotely and excited about building something from the ground up.

Existing relationships with Canadian natural health retailers are a major advantage.

Compensation

This is a commission-based opportunity with a 10% commission structure.

There may also be additional incentives, bonuses, opportunities and perks as the program grows.
