We are currently hiring a Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll connect with customers, learn what they’re looking for, and recommend options that make sense for their needs.

You’ll receive training and ongoing support as you learn the role, build your product knowledge, and develop your customer communication and sales skills.

What You’ll Do

- Connect with customers, learn about their communication needs, and help match them with Rogers products and services
- Explain plans, promotions, and features in a clear and approachable way
- Answer questions and help customers make informed decisions
- Provide friendly, professional service throughout the customer experience
- Accurately process transactions and keep customer records up to date
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Stay informed about Rogers products, services, and current offers

What You Bring

- Strong communication and listening skills
- Confidence speaking with customers and explaining different options
- A positive attitude and genuine interest in helping people
- Comfort working in a busy, team-oriented environment




- Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office or CRM tools is an asset
- Reliability, adaptability, and a willingness to learn

Pay: $44,500.00-$61,000.00 per year
