Wilson Trophy Company Inc (Mississauga, ON) is hiring a Sales Representative to begin in this full time role immediately

We are looking for a motivated professional to conduct sales and provide exceptional customer service to our customers.

Responsibilities include

1. Conducting sales and providing outstanding customer service by accessing client needs through asking and answering questions, presenting options and recommending solutions.
2. Handle client interaction across a wide range of platforms, including emails, phone calls, and online chat.
3. Support our operations team by placing orders with manufacturers and distributors.
4. Coordinate with art, production and shipping departments within the organization.

Qualifications and Requirements include:

1. Some prior sales in retail industry,



minimum 2 years
2. College diploma/certificate or equivalent education
3. Exceptional computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office tools, data entry though QuickBooks or other similar programs
4. Demonstrated fluency in both verbal and written English
5. Experience in organized sports events (local sports leagues) is a plus, as it will allow you to better relate and communicate with our customers
6. Proficiency in Adobe suite / Corel preferred
7. Experience with social media and website management/development preferred
8. Strong customer service skills and expertise in cultivating and building client relationship.
9. Ability to work in a fast pace environment, by being flexible and adopting to last minute changes
10. A desire to learn and succeed

Job Type: Full time Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
