Who are we?

D Way Foods Inc. is fast growing Japanese Food distributor located in Vancouver East.

We are offering a wide range of products from seafood to Japanese condiments, and beverage to Japanese restaurants in lower mainland.

We are looking for Sales Team Supervisor who can speak Korean and able to build the team and supervise the team. (You will be building team of 3 member and supervise 3 member)

The ideal candidate will be good communication skill with Sales background with Supervising skills.

Marketing back ground an asset.

What will be your responsibility? :

- To handle Key Account
- To set and achieve team Sales Goal
- To Supervise, monitor, and mentor for your outbound team
- To schedule your team customer visit, and review report
- To analyze team customer profile and portfolio, and improve customer profile
- To deal with Customer complain, and educate your team how they can deal customer complain.
- Plan on promotion recent item, promotion of new menu idea with other team member and execute through your team member.
- Report to Manager for market movement, trend, competitor activity

Requirements

- You Love Japanese Culture or Cuisine

- Korean speaker
- 5 year of experience in customer service or sales rep




- 3 years of experience on Supervising
- Action and Goal Oriented
- Good communication skill

Hour

40 hours per week

Our office hours are 7:30~17:30 Monday to Saturday, your hour will be rotation base and depending on customer needs.

You have to set up the team member for how to rotate your team and your schedule

Compensation

Depending on your experience and performance

This position compensation is from 42,000 ~ (Depending on experience and performance)

Optional Extended Medical Program available.
