Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, address inquiries, and ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinate staff schedules and manage appointment bookings.
- Oversee inventory and stock control of salon supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
- Enforce health and safety regulations and protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role (beauty industry experience is a plus but not required).
- Proficiency in computer software and administrative tools.
